This culinary journey can commence with a selection of seven starters, including Gai Hor Bai Toey (deep-fried chicken in pandan leaf), Larb (Northeastern Thai salad with spicy minced organic chicken or free-range pork, roasted rice powder and sawtooth parsley), and Yum Som-O (spicy pomelo salad with crispy bean curd), or six sublime soups, such as Tom Kha Gai (spicy coconut milk soup with organic chicken and organic mushrooms), Tom Yum Goong (spicy & sour prawn soup with organic mushrooms and local herbs), and Gaeng Jued Tao Hu Moo Sab (clear soup with soft bean curd and minced pork).
