A global name in cheese aging with over 50 years of expertise, Maison Mons brings its world-renowned craftsmanship to Scarlett, offering a curated selection of six dishes where cheese takes
center stage. Starting from just THB 480++, this is a cheese lover’s dream come true.

Maison Mons, founded in 1964, is a global leader in cheese aging, renowned for preserving
traditional methods while enhancing cheese flavors. In 2000, Hervé Mons, the company’s
president, was awarded the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) title, recognizing
his exceptional expertise in the craft of cheese aging. Maison Mons works closely with
French artisans and farmers to create cheeses of the highest quality, making them a perfect
partner for Scarlett’s culinary offerings.
As part of this exclusive collaboration, Scarlett presents a specially curated menu featuring a
selection of six exquisite dishes, each showcasing the exceptional cheeses from Maison Mons. The “Vive le Fromage – Maison Mons Edition” offers a unique culinary experience
